How do I contact ZocaLoans?

What type of bank account do I need?

You must have a valid checking account and be enrolled in direct deposit to apply for a loan through ZocaLoans. Your account must accept unlimited ACH debits and credits.

When will I receive my funds?

Your funds will be released to your bank at 9pm EST. It is up to your bank to determine when they will release the funds to you. Usually, you will see the funds in your bank account by the next business day. If you are looking for your funds to be deposited to you same-day, we do offer a wire option for an additional $30.

Will my repayments be taken out of the same account that my funds were deposited in?

Yes, if you chose the automatic ACH repayment option, your payments will be automatically debited from the same account that your funds were initially deposited in on your agreed upon payment dates stated in your loan documents.

How do I check the balance of my loan?

To check the balance of your loan at any time, log in to your member portal on the top right side of our website for an active summary of your current loan.

How can I apply for a new loan?

Once you have fully paid off your loan with us, we would be happy to expedite a new loan application for you. There is a three-day “cool-off” period between your paid off loan and when you can be approved for a new loan. You can simply apply on our website, or call us at 888-980-1532 and a loan manger will expedite a new application for you. As a returning customer, you will receive a discounted rate on your new loan with us.

How can I repay my loan early?

You can repay your loan at any time without prepayment penalty. You will only be charged for the interest that has accrued on your loan while you've kept the loan outstanding. To pay your loan off in full, choose the Pay In Full option in your member portal or give us a call at 888-980-1532 and our Customer Support agents will be happy to assist you.

Something came up and I do not have enough funds available to make my scheduled payment.

We understand that sometimes, unexpected things occur that might prohibit you from being able to make your scheduled payment. We value your honesty and will work with you to grant you one complimentary extension. You must call AT LEAST 2 days before your scheduled pay date in order to set up a payment extension.

What happens if I do not pay back my loan?

We value our customers and will happily work with you if you find yourself in a situation where you become unable to repay your loan.

If you break your loan contract, ZocaLoans reserves the right to take legal action.
